James P. Spratt, President: Jim started Elite Retail Services, Inc. in 1996 and has been in the retail construction industry since 1982. He has become recognized for his expertise and excellence in all aspects of retail construction. He has successfully grown a small startup into a multi-million dollar company with several retail clientele. He prides himself on the high quality of work that Elite produces and the satisfaction of our Clients. Since the start of the company Jim has built relationships that have lasted and will continue to strive to exceed their expectations. Among the list of recognized Retailers that Elite Retail Services, Inc. counts as clients are Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Express, Henri Bendel, etc.

Kenneth Layne, Vice President: Kenneth manages our Project Management Department. He is committed to the company’s vision and has helped to maintain the longstanding relationships that Elite enjoys with our repeat clients. He started out as a Field Superintendent building high quality stores such as Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, etc which makes him understand the ins and outs of the retail construction field.

Cliff Spratt, VP Of Operations; Sr. Project Manager: Cliff joined the Coast Guard and served our Country for 8 years. His military background is the cornerstone of his leadership skills, and helped prepare him to take on one of our team leadership/management positions. Prior to that he started out with Elite working on jobsites as a laborer, and learning the construction industry from the bottom up. He quickly moved up to Assistant Superintendent, Field Superintendent, Project Manager, and then finally Sr. Project Manager/Officer Position/Qualifier To Multiple State Licenses. He knows firsthand what it takes to get a job done, and believes his starting from the bottom up has made him a better construction manager.

Jeff Lane, Project Manager: Jeff has worked in the field for several years building everything from McDonald’s to Victoria’s Secret. He has recently joined in as Project Manager and oversees several projects throughout the United States. He makes sure all projects conform to the highest level of safety standards and brings over 20 years of experience in all types of construction. He has the practical skills to build relationships which has earned the trust of clients and subcontractors alike.

Mike Musick, Estimator: Mike is the head of our Estimating Dept. He recently took over this position, moving from Project Management to Estimating. He was working as a Project Manager for Elite since the beginning. Mike comes from a commercial/ground-up background with over 20 years of experience. He brings the knowledge of how to build stores to our Estimating Dept so that we can bring competitive pricing to our Clients.

TJ Lawrence, Project Manager: TJ has over 16 years of experience in residential & retail construction. He has completed a 4 year NEFBA Apprenticeship program and has a Journeyman Certificate. During this time he supervised construction of multi-million dollar custom homes. He then decided to make the transition from residential to the retail field and has been doing this ever since. He has built and supervised stores all of the US including Aeropostale, Timberland, Charlotte Russe, Portrait Innovations, Foot Locker, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, and Express. He is now joining us in the office and will be our Newest Project Manager and will bring his hands on experience in the field to the office.
